We are in the process of beginning to accept insurance payments, and are willing to assist families with insurance reimbursement if we are not a current provider for a specific insurance company. Consultants for Children, Inc. has contracts with many CCB's (Developmental Pathways, Denver Options, etc.) and is willing to contract with others. Private Pay is also accepted.

 All consultations are charged at various rates. These consultations can include face-to-face consultations, e-mail consultations, phone consultations, or video consultations. There is a 15 minute minimum for e-mail, phone and video consultations and a one hour minimum for face-to-face consultations.

An hourly charge will be charged for the time to conduct the assessment and to write the report. Each assessment listed on the assessment page states the estimated time to conduct the assessment and to write the report. There is a one hour minimum charged for any assessment conducted.

| Workshops are charged at a daily rate. Please contact us if financial assistance is needed. If your Workshop is more than 30 miles from our location (in Lakewood, CO), travel costs must be reimbursed after your Workshop is complete. You will receive a bill for all expenses within two weeks of your Workshop. Travel costs include, but are not limited to, airfare, car rental, hotel expense, and mileage reimbursement. There is no per-diem fee or charge for time while traveling. Also, the comprehensive report after the completion of your Workshop is included in this fee. Local workshops (in the Denver metro area) have a minimum of one day for each workshop, distant workshops have a minimum of two days. |
